Hills and Valleys Wellness 0 Home About Book Online Get Involved Payment Reviews Contact Log In Welcome To Hills and Valleys Wellness Pregnancy, Birth, and Postpartum Support Hills and Valleys Wellness is a Christ-centered organization that aims to provide prenatal, birth, and postpartum services and support to women who would not otherwise have access to these services. We provide doulas, lactation support, and health educators to help moms have a healthy, empowered pregnancy. Our goal is to decrease the risk of maternal mortality, infant mortality and to increase breastfeeding initiation and longevity among women in Northern California. We help mothers work to have the birth that makes them feel comfortable by helping them become their own advocate with their health and wellness while also guiding them into finding their inner strength to overcome all obstacles through Christ.
